When billing begins
A 60-minute trial begins only when a payment provider confirms your enrollment. The exact end time must appear at checkout. If you do not cancel in time, the annual price is US$99 USD for English/USD enrollment or ¥16,999 JPY for Japanese/JPY enrollment, including applicable taxes. Renewals occur yearly in the original currency. Opening the editor never confirms enrollment.
Stop the next charge
Open Subscription management for the billing portal when connected, or email support@opencuter.net with your billing email and “Cancel subscription” in the subject. You do not need a reason. We honor the time the email arrives, so requests received before the deadline remain valid even if handled later. Any resulting late charge will be reversed.
Access after cancellation
Canceling within the trial ends the trial without an annual charge. After payment, cancellation stops subsequent renewals while leaving access until the paid term ends, unless a full refund is requested. Keep the confirmation and contact us if none arrives. Refund requests follow the separate refund policy.
