opencuter is delivered as an online editing workspace at opencuter.net. No physical items are sold or shipped, and no shipping charge, delivery address, or parcel tracking is involved.
Subscription and video delivery
When billing is enabled, a confirmed trial or subscription activates the paid service, with receipts sent to the billing email address. Videos are rendered on your device and saved through your browser’s download controls; the operator does not send finished videos by email.
Getting help with access
For download trouble, check device space and browser download settings. Preserve your original media. If a confirmed subscription cannot be accessed, send its receipt reference to support@opencuter.net so we can help restore service or review a refund.
