Your chosen video, image, and audio files are processed locally. The editor has no media upload service. Saving places a single project and its media in IndexedDB; preferences use localStorage. These records last until you or your browser remove them. Maintain independent copies of source material.
Service records, recipients, and retention
We use necessary service records to answer requests, perform contracts, prevent misuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Support records are kept for the time needed to resolve the matter; financial records are kept for applicable accounting requirements. Hosting, email, and any future payment provider may process necessary information in other countries. When billing is enabled, card data is handled by the provider; we receive contact information, transaction references, and subscription status, not complete card numbers.
Choices and requests
We include no advertising or analytics trackers and do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Our practice is consistent with Global Privacy Control. Depending on your location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, and a complaint to the relevant authority. Messages entered in automated support are sent to Typebot to provide guidance. Do not send passwords, card data or private media. Chat cannot verify orders, issue refunds or cancel subscriptions. This is separate from media editing, which stays on your device.
