Performance depends on the device, available memory, media codecs, and browser APIs. A familiar file extension does not guarantee that its codec can be decoded. Recording formats are limited to what the browser offers, and export runs in real time rather than as a background cloud job.
Keep a separate backup
One project can be stored in this browser. It is not a cloud account, cross-device sync, or archival storage. Clearing browser data, storage eviction, or device failure can remove work. Preserve originals and download finished results.
